Hello, I used Zigbee2MQTT for a long time and although it worked very well, I switched to ZHA. Overall, I have been using ZHA for longer and am very satisfied with it: all devices work absolutely reliably. The main advantage for me is that ZHA is slightly better integrated into the HA interface. I currently see no reason to switch back. Hopefully this answers your question.
